Q. Can I use a purchase order? Will you bill my company? A. Purchase orders are not accepted, and HPI does not bill. Prepayment is required. Payment is accepted in the form of checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. |
Q. May we send our payment through a wire transfer? A. Yes, wire transfers are accepted, with a $15 bank service fee added to your order. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please correspond with us through e-mail or fax to verify the amount of your order plus all shipping and bank transfer charges. Also, let us know the date the bank transfer was sent so we can watch for its arrival (usually 3-4 business days later). Your order will be shipped when payment has been received and verified. |
Q. How will my order be shipped? A. Within the United States we use both UPS ground and Federal Express ground for standard shipping. Overnight shipping is also available for a surcharge, determined by weight.

Q. When will I receive my order? A. All in-stock items are shipped from our California warehouse within 3-5 business days (usually sooner) after payment is received, but you should allow about two weeks for the package to reach you. Out-of-stock items are shipped immediately when available. For special shipping requests, e-mail Carmen Trammell with your order and address particulars at trammell@hpisum.com.
Q. What is the return policy for foot pedals? While the USB Foot Pedal works on SUM Program and other dictation from HPI's medical transcription training units, it is not guaranteed to work with any other wav or downloaded files. HPI has a no return policy on this item. |
